Orrin Feingold, Director

Orrin Feingold was appointed a Director of Fit4D in January 2008. He is responsible for helping develop consumer and group health channel distribution strategies.   

Mr. Feingold is the Chief Financial Officer for MultiPlan, a national preferred provider organization owned by The Carlyle Group.  As CFO, Mr. Feingold is responsible for private equity, lender, analyst, and auditor relationships, financial operations, employee benefit oversight, real estate, and key vendor relationships.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Feingold was the CFO of MagnaCare, a privately held plan management company serving 500,000 members. 

Previously, Mr. Feingold held chief financial officer roles at HealthFirst, a $2.3B in premium government programs HMO, and Prudential Healthcare's specialty products division. He also served as the President of MachineSmart -- an internet-based specialty business machine distribution company.
